The company began it’s activities back in early 1991’s and has reached over 40.050 m2 land with a shoreline of 100 meters, completely dedicated to the facility, which is capable of producing 100.000MTs material annualy.

Sok is certified for ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 30000 by the Llyod’s Register and proud to be in the “EU Approved Ship Recycling Facilities List” under the European Ship Regulation N0: 1257/2013 which came to force on 31th December 2018. Additionally “Sok” has been approved by MARAD twice.
