 The processes, procedures, instructions and related documents for the implementation of the relevant legislations are established, legal requirements are fulfilled, hazardous wastes are disposed by licensed disposal facilities through Ship Recyclers’ Association of Turkey; occupational and environmental measurements (noise, vibration, emission, dust, sea water, soil analysis – periodic checks of machinery, grounding etc.) are carried out by accredited organizations through Ship Recyclers’ Association of Turkey and necessary measures are taken in case of exceeding values/non-corformaties, in terms of OHS and environment, the relevant legislations are followed and its compliance is constantly monitored.

 The legal legislations related to OHS and Environment are followed by the quality management representative. In case of amendment/revocation and new publication, the regulation shall be put into practice by stating in the form of evaluation of compliance with the legislation. Implementation of the legislation is ensured.

 Company provides ferrous and non-ferrous scrap material procured from ship recycling operation for the iron and steel industry and re-usable electric-electronic-machine/deck equipment and equipments for ship building and yatch industry. In this context, by measuring customer satisfaction, it ensures to increase satisfaction.

 Company gets services from the Ship Recyclers’ Association of Turkey and authorized and licensed companies in the fields of radiation, gasfree and inventory of hazardous wastes; which are mandatory to carry out before the dismantling of scrapships.

 Company gets services for Occupational Health and Safety from contracted organizational health and safety companies, consultancy service from Dangerous Goods Safety Consultant, Waste Management servise from Ship Recyclers’ Association of Turkey.

 It provides the OHS/Environment training needs and competence of the employees under the coordination of OSGB and Ship Recyclers’ Association of Turkey.

 It has the necessary equipments for the fire, work accidents, sea pollution and natural disasters. It is ensured that the employees are ready for emergency situations.
